OVERVIEW

PlayStation®Plus LEAGUE was an online platform for eSports available to all PS Plus members in 2016.

​Taking the format of an ongoing Championship, players competed each week within their Division for points with the aim of climbing higher...

GOLD DIVISION

Containing the Top 32 best players with a total monthly prize pool of €150.

​At the end of the season, the Bottom 11 players get relegated to the Silver Division.

SILVER DIVISION

Containing all other players and a monthly prize pool of €50.

At the end of the season, the Top 11 players get promoted to the Gold Division.

​In order to participate, you had to first play at least 5 matches in a placement tournament so that your skill level can be estimated as accurately as possible. Once these are completed, you will be placed into a division for the ongoing season.

There are 8 seasons, each lasting 4 weeks each. The total length of the Championship is about 32 weeks therefore.

HOW TO COMPETE

1) REGISTER & CONNECT

Visit the PlayStation Plus League website for the Project CARS Championship. You can play either solo or in a team.

Register for a PlayStation Plus League account. Select Project CARS and connect your PS Plus League account to your PlayStation Network account.

2) PLACEMENT MATCHES

Select Participate from the Project CARS Championship page to start your five Placement Matches that determine your skill level against the other players. This will decide which division to place you into.

3) PLAY!

​Participate in the Championship to earn points and climb as high as you can in the rankings!
